What is Standard Delivery?
Standard Delivery offers delivery to your front door (if the destination is an apartment or multi-unit building, the order will be delivered inside the entrance to the building, but not to your apartment door). The typical delivery window is 3–10 business days from the day your order is shipped. Standard Delivery does not include unpacking, assembly or removal of packing materials.
What is White Glove delivery?
White Glove Delivery Service includes inside placement, two flights of stairs, unpacking, debris removal and assembly. Drivers are not permitted to move and/or handle stereo, television or any other electronic devices. We will also not hang any pictures, mirrors, shelving, etc. on the wall.
When May I Expect Delivery?
Items will usually ship out of our warehouse in Los Angeles within 1 to 3 days from the time you place your order.
Who Will Call Me To Schedule The Delivery (for non-Express Delivery Items)?
A Delivery Company representative will contact you within 48 hours of the time you place your order. If you do not hear from us, it is possible that we have not picked up your furniture or that we do not have a correct phone number and address. What Time Frames Are Available For A Delivery?
The Delivery Company will arrange a 4-hour time window for your delivery. For example, a 4-hour time window can be between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., or 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., depending upon the delivery route. The Delivery Company scheduling department will give you the time window when your delivery is scheduled and confirmed. They will try to accommodate your request for a special time frame.
Do You Make Any Evening Deliveries?
All items are scheduled in a four hour time frame (between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM)
Will Drivers Remove Any Wrapping From Furniture?
Yes, the drivers will remove any wrapping from the furniture.
Is My Furniture Inspected Before It Is Delivered?
Yes, every piece of furniture is carefully inspected prior to delivery. An inspection tag is initialed and placed on each piece. In addition, the delivery personnel also inspect each piece of furniture prior to loading it on the truck for delivery to the customer.
Is The Furniture Set Up In My Home?
Your new furniture will be set up in the room you request. Drivers are not permitted to move and/or handle stereo, television or any other electronic devices. We will also not hang any pictures, mirrors, shelving, etc. on the wall.
Will The Drivers Move My Existing Furniture?
The driver will assist you in moving your existing furniture to another room on the same floor.
Will Drivers Make Effort To Fit Furniture In to House And/Or Room?
A reasonable effort will be made to fit the furniture into the house and/or room. It is advisable for customers to take all pertinent measurements to ensure that furniture will fit into the house and/or room before purchasing an item.

What Is a Direct Delivery?
Once the Delivery Company loads the truck, the same truck will deliver the items to your home without the items changing hands with any another carrier or truck.
Do the Delivery Trucks Always Have Two Men Delivering?
Yes, there are always 2 men on all deliveries.
